The Story
About this project
This Fairfax remodel by Kitchen Design Center opened up a formerly closed, dated layout into a light and airy kitchen. Bright white shaker cabinetry lines the perimeter, while a navy blue island with open bookshelf ends adds color and storage. A beige subway tile backsplash with a herringbone accent panel sits beneath a stainless chimney hood, and black hardware, light stone countertops, and a mix of recessed and pendant lighting keep the space fresh and functional.
