Grey Stone Kitchen with Lit Floating Shelves in Fairfax, VA | Russel O. Project
Kitchen remodel in Fairfax, VA, completed August 2026 - by Kitchen Design Center.
About this project
Kitchen Design Center fully remodeled this Fairfax kitchen into a more open, modern and functional space. Grey Stone cabinetry from 21st Century pairs contemporary lines with a classic profile, topped with MSI Eroluna quartz and a large center island. A custom built-in pantry adds storage, lit floating shelves bring warmth to the wall run, and the original hardwood floors were sanded and refinished to tie the new kitchen together.
Design style: Transitional modern
The challenge
The main challenge was coordinating the entire crew and keeping each phase on schedule, from the flooring work to the rest of the kitchen renovation.
Our solution
Our team carefully coordinated every phase, from refinishing the floors to installing the kitchen, so the project ran smoothly and finished with a clean, cohesive result.
