Warm Karamel Shaker Kitchen Remodel in Gainesville, VA | Chris J. Project
Kitchen remodel in Gainesville, VA, completed May 2025 - by Kitchen Design Center.
About this project
These Gainesville homeowners wanted a kitchen that would flow naturally with the rest of their home, so Kitchen Design Center created a modern design built on warm, natural tones. ProCraft shaker cabinetry in Karamel wraps the kitchen, including a tall double wall oven column and a pot filler over the range, topped with simple, elegant Venezia Venzo quartz. A subtle Glazzio subway tile backsplash adds texture, and a durable, easy-care porcelain floor tile suits the family's lifestyle while keeping the space stylish. The project also included matching cabinetry for the TV unit and dining room.
Design style: Stylish and modern
The challenge
Because the floor tiles have natural tones, matching the different backgrounds together was a little challenging.
Our solution
Our project manager and installation team laid out and matched the tiles carefully so the floor reads as one consistent surface.
