The Story
About this project
This Herndon remodel by Kitchen Design Center pairs bright white shaker cabinetry with a navy blue island finished with open bookshelf ends for display and cookbooks. Light quartz countertops, a stainless French-door refrigerator, double wall oven, and chimney hood keep the workspace efficient, and the plan opens to a dining nook lit by an oil-rubbed bronze chandelier. Glass pendants hang over the island, tile runs underfoot, and a tall pantry with wood interior and roll-out shelves adds smart storage.
